      They are few things as powerful as devoting time to reading with your learners. It is incredibly beneficial for so many reasons!

      But how can we inspire learners to be interested in reading, and want to read in their own time? How do you inspire your learners to read for pleasure?

      We have a book of the week display in my classroom, the children take turns contributing to it (book selection, display updates etc.). Most of them take it very seriously when it’s their turn to contribute, and it’s increased book-centred discussions in the classroom definitely!
